On March 22, the fifth "Micro Public Welfare, Dream Set Sail" volunteer service project training meeting was held in the B208 classroom of Tsinghua High School。More than 80 people from 22 volunteer project leaders of the school, all members of Qingqi Public Welfare Club and the life department of the Student Union attended the training conference。Mr. Zhu Xi was specially invited as the keynote speaker。
Mr. Ren graduated from Tsinghua University，He has worked for AIESEC (International Federation of Economics and Business Students), the world's largest youth leadership development organization.，5 years of experience in leadership development for college students，Leadership development and social responsibility training for more than 50 universities in the United States and China，He is an expert on youth leadership development。

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Ren started the students' journey of self-discovery with three vivid cases, namely, the story of the boy who installed the 3D printed left hand, the case of allowing the family to realize the source disposal of kitchen waste, and the story of the cartoon girl who created her own table pet and finally won the scholarship of the Art Institute of Chicago。The story of teacher Ren Zhuxi allowed the students to broaden their thinking and have more in-depth thinking。

Then Teacher Ren Zhuxi led the students to complete a group activity。Each group of students will discuss how to choose a topic based on their own interests around "my favorite", "social opportunities" and "what I am best at"。After more than ten minutes of discussion, the two student representatives took the initiative to stand up, show their activities and give an "elevator speech".。After rounds of discussion, each group of students had a deeper understanding of micro public welfare activities。

At the end of the meeting, Teacher Ren Zhuxi told the students that good projects have three principles: small to big, from life, easy to implement。First of all, research based on empathy should pay attention to the topic segmentation, that is, "what group" and "what occasion", pay attention to contact life, and fully mobilize the resources around。In the next innovative scheme design, the method of generation selection testing can be used to try and error, and improve。The most important thing is the implementation of the system plan. Students need to evaluate the impact of the activity, explore its sustainability and whether it can be scaled up。
